One would think it is impossible to measure happiness. The Recent World Values Survey published in the New Scientist magazine identified the list of the most happy and most unhappy nations. About 65 countries participated in the survey. Scientists engaged in the world political and cultural changes suggest that the happiest people in the world are Nigerians.
