Why do some people live in luxurious houses, drive madly expensive cars, spend holidays on premium golden beaches while others drag on a wretched existence? Certainly, each of us wondered about that.
Although, the answer is simple and clear.

Wealth is a fine art that everybody can manage to learn. You just need to have a strong desire to change your life as you may wish in your most audacious and desperate dreams.

Budd Fox, a young and extremely ambitious stock broker, living at the very “heart of the world” has a strong desire to get to the top. He will do just about anything to get into the big leagues. In New York everything can be sold and bought. Everything has its own price, so does the success.

Struggling to achieve much more than his father did, Budd is striving to warm his way into the heart of high-powered business guru Gordon Gecko who takes the youth under his wing.

Taking the advice and working closely with Gecko, Fox soon finds himself swept into a world of “yuppies”, shady business deals, the “good life”, fast money and fast women. All pleasures of the world are in Budd’s hands now.

“Greed is good! Greed works!” is the motto and philosophy of greed of one of the biggest stock speculators on Wall Street, high-powered, extremely successful (but ruthless and greedy) broker Gordon Gekko.
Nothing will stop him from pursuing a good deal and he takes advantage of Bud’s burning to desire to succeed.

Soon, Budd realizes that the road to hell is paved with dollars. His father has fallen sick… His girlfriend is not ready to forego all pleasures and the high lifestyle that are available with big money…

What to do next? What decision to be taken? What money can bring and what it may take away? How to sort out money issues in relation to women?”

“Wall Street” movie tells the story about inevitable desire to become rich and wealthy as well as the way to achieve that.

Watching the movie you will have a chance to trace the impact that money has on all aspects of life.
By the end of the movie Budd finds himself overestimating his personal values and clearly defines the role of money in his life.
